paleolithic means old stone. paleolithic age was the time when people not much developed as the mesolithic or neolithic ages. paleolithic's time span was hardly from 5,00,000 bc to 8000 bc. the people of that time were hunter and gatherers and the had knowledge to get fire. so, they used to cook food and then to eat. they used to hunt and their tools mainly were scrappers chopper hand axe flake impliments etc. they dwell their life mostly near the river to get plenty of water and to be safe from the animals the made pits in the earth to stay. they used to wear animal skins.
