Answer:

Salivary Glands and Saliva. Saliva is produced in and secreted from salivary glands. The basic secretory units of salivary glands are clusters of cells called an acini. These cells secrete a fluid that contains water, electrolytes, mucus and enzymes, all of which flow out of the acinus into collecting ducts.

Answer :

Salivary Glands : Saliva :: Liver : Bile

Explanation :

Salivary Glands produces Saliva that has the presence of Salivary Amylase. The enzyme Salivary Amylase converts starch into sugar in mouth. This is where the digestion of food starts.

Liver produces Bile juice. Bile juice is further stored in Gall bladder from which it enters inthe small intestine. It helps in making the food alkaline so that it doesn't harm the inner lining of small intestine and also helps in the digestion of food with the help of pancreatic juice.

There are many more secretions of organs which help in the digestion of the food. Like HCl produced by the stomach and the Intestinal juices produced by small intestine, etc.
