answer:-

Length of blue ribbon =2 m 9 cm

∴ Length of red ribbon =2×2.98 m

=5.96 m

Length of rod ribbon Jyoti used

m=1.4 m

So, length of red ribbon left =(5.96−1.4)m

=4.56 m

Number of pieces =4

∴ Length of each piece =(4.56÷4)m

=1.14 m.
