Salt dissolves in water. But as salt is constantly added to the water, at some point

salt appears at the bottom of the vessel. Why does this happen?

salt concentration becomes more than the water conc. that becomes a highly conc. soln. so it becomes a saturated solution and thus cant afford any more salt in it.
