Salt glands help in osmotic regulations.During respiration, its products constitute some water ,thus the salt glands will regulate the body to retain the water  formed. Transpiration ,occur in plants ,it the lose of water through the stomata.Salt glands regulate the osmotic presure leading lose of little water. Condensation is a process of changing water vapour to water. When watervl condenses around the leaves ,it lowers the rate  at which water is lost to the atmosphere.Urination is a process of elimination of urea by animals. Salt glands help in regulation of osmotic presurein the body fluid to limit too much watery urine instead and produces small amount and concentrated urine thus conserving water.
