Seawater contains excess salts than the body would require.If Humans started consuming saline water then they would start urinating more than they consume.This will result in being more thirstier.
Another thing is that when we consume salt from our foods,we also consume freshwater and other liquids free from salt.These liquids dilute the salt content inside our body mainly kidneys does this work .If there is excess of salt in our body then there will be no freshwater to dilute this salt.The kidneys will stop working ,what we call it as kidney failure.

Saline water (Salt solution) makes your body hold on to water.
Eating too much salt, the extra water stored in your body raises your blood pressure.
When the blood pressure goeshigh, greater the strain on your heart, arteries, kidneys & brain.
In this condition, lead to Kidneys failure & Heart attacks.
