Salt water can be classified as homogeneous because it contains salt and we cannot see any particle through our naked eyes.
But when the salt water that is sea water contains impurities like sand , stones , etc , then it is said to be heterogeneous.

because if we will make a saturated solution of the sugar water solution then it will be homogeneous in nature and if we will add sugar more than neede then it will become heterogeneous mixture . saturated solution particles cant be seen so homo and unsaturated can be so hetro pls give a like to my answer
