Sam and Allen had two 500 ml glasses of fruit juice. Sam drank 3/4 of his glass and Allen drank 3/5 of his glass. Who had more juice left in glass?

Juice sam drank = (3/4)*500 ml

= 1500/4 ml

= 375 ml. Hence amount of juice left = 500 - 375 = 125 ml

Juice Allen drank = (3/5)*500 ml

= 1500/5 ml

= 300 ml. Hence amount of juice left = 500 - 300 = 200 ml

Hence Allen had left more juice in his glass.
