Answer:

Sam ate the larger part by 1/5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Sam ate \frac{3}{5} of a chocolate

Saira ate the remaining part

To find,

How much more the person with a larger share ate

Solution

The part of chocolate Saira ate = Whole chocolate  - part of the chocolate

Sam ate

= 1 - \frac{3}{5}

= \frac{2}{5}

∴The part of chocolate Saira ate  = \frac{2}{5}

Since  \frac{3}{5} >      \frac{2}{5}, we can say that Sam ate more part.

How much more part  Sam ate =  \frac{3}{5} -      \frac{2}{5} = \frac{1}{5}

Hence. we can conclude that Sam ate the larger part by 1/5
