Step-by-step explanation:

Given Sam is delivering two refrigerators that each weight 105 kilograms. There is an elevator with a weight limit of 1,000 pounds. Can he take both refrigerators on the elevator in one trip?

Given Sam is delivering two refrigerators and one of its weight is 105 kg

So two refrigerators will weigh 105 x 2 = 210 kg

Now 1 kg is equal to 2.2 pounds

So 210 kg will be 210 x 2.2 = 462 pounds

Also if the man weighs 75 kgs (75 x 2.2 = 165 pounds)

So 462 + 165 = 627 pounds

Now the elevator can hold a weight up to 1000 pounds.

Since the weight of refrigerators are less compared to elevator he can easily take both the refrigerators in one trip.
