Let us assume that, total paper bags are x and total coffee power sam has is y kg (1000y gm) .

so,

→ 500 * x + 300 = 1000y

→ 1000y - 500x = 300

→ 10y - 5x = 3 ------------ Eqn.(1)

also,

→ 750x - 1000y = 3.45 * 1000

→ 50(15x - 20y) = 3450

→ 15x - 20y = 69 -------- Eqn.(2)

multiply Eqn.(1) by 3 and adding the result from Eqn.(2) we get,

→ (15x - 20y) + 3(10y - 5x) = 69 - 3*3

→ 15x - 20y + 30y - 15x = 69 - 9

→ 10y = 60

→ y = 6 kg (Ans.)

Hence, the coffee powder sam have was 6 kg .
