Sam weighs 600 Newton on Earth on the planet Jupiter the force of gravity is 30% of that earth .how much will Sam weigh on Jupiter.?

A Newton is a measure of force, not weight. These is absolutely no change in mass. However, if you’re asking about the difference in gravitational pull on an object on the surface of the Moon vs. the surface of the Earth- the Moon has about 17% or ~ 1/6 the gravity of Earth.
