Pants = 100

Shirts = 200

T-shirts = 300

Maximum items = 17

Maximum items = (should be ½ of max.(17) so 8.5

Let’s put it as 8

Maximum numbers of pants = 100/8

Maximum number of T-shirt = 300/17

Multiply

Minimum number of pants = 800

Maximum number of T-shirt = 5,100

So, 5,900

If you buy 4 items from shirts, 200/4 so, its 1,400

Add everything to get total

5,900 + 1,400 = 7,300

Total expenditure of sam 7,300
