Same drug does not work against the microbes belonging to different groups. Why ? State the mechanism of antibiotics in killing bacteria.

because every group of microbes have entirely different and peculial chemical mechanisms

so the drugs used to stop its functioning also varies......

The resistance power against the drug. Drug which blocks the growth might not effective against another microbe. Antibiotic like penicillin binds to the protein are responsible for the synthesis of cell water in bacteria. Other than that, Beta-lactam antibiotics kill bacteria that are surrounded by a cell wall.
