Profit made = 20%

that is 20% of 26000 = 20 *26000/100 = 5200

As they invested in the proportion 8:5

they will divide the profit in same ratio

8+5=13

so if the profit is divided into 13 parts

Sameer will get 8 parts and saniya will get 5 parts

So 5200/13 = 400

Sameer will get 400*8= 3200

and samita will get 400*5 = 2000

Hope it Helps
