let the distance  be x[same from delhi -gurgaon and vice versa]
so..
while going..........

speed=60km/hr
time=d/s=x/60hrs

while coming back.....
d=x
speed=40km/hr
time=d/s
      =x/40hrs
now ,avg speed=total distance /total time taken
                       =x+x/x/40+x/60
                       =2x/5x/120
                        =48km/hr
