radius = 1.5/2 = 0.75 m

length of lace = circumference

$circumference \: = 2\pi \: r \\ = 2 \times 3.14 \times 0.75 \\ = 4.71 \: m$

$cost = 15 \times 4.71 \\ = 7.65$

length of lace is 4.71 m.

cost of lace is ₹ 7.65
