SUBJECT:             COMPLAINT AGAINST NOISE IN AIR CONDITIONER

 

I would like to tell you that I am one of the permanent customers of your brand. I have been using LG’s appliances for more than a decade and enjoying their convenience. Therefore, would like to draw your kind attention to one of the A.Cs that was bought last month from one of your local dealers.  It worked well for few days but then started creating a strange noise when switched on. In order to complain, I went to the same dealer whence I bought it but rather than helping me, he diverted me towards the service center. Now, it has been more than 10 days since those service center boys carried my A.C but it has not been repaired yet. Every time, they make an excuse of non-availability of part which is creating a lot of problem for me in this scorching heat.
