Sample of potassium chloride which contains some sodium chloride is dissolve in water .20ml of this solution on evaporation give1.73g dry mixture.on treatment with silver nitrate it give 3.73g silver chloride . calculate mass of Nacl present in 10 ml of above solution

agcl obtained from nacl is 3.37-3.27 =0.10

amount of kcl is 0.518*3.27=1.69 grams

amount of nacl is 1.36-0.405-3.27=0.04grams

this amount of kcl. and nacl is present in 20ml water

since,

the solution formed is homogeneous in nature ,and her uniform composition

mass of nacl in 10ml solution =0.04/2=0.02
