I met a car accident on 15th February 2015 in South Ext., New Delhi. I was driving my Swift, 1234, when suddenly a speedy truck UP26, 7896 hit me from behind. My car was damaged badly, and I also suffered some minor injuries. The truck driver left the scene immediately leaving behind his vehicle at the spot.

I have gone to AIIMS for my treatment and after a bandage, I was prescribed some medicines and I was discharged. I am filing an FIR report against the owner and driver of the truck.  Please arrest both owner and driver immediately.
