round wise progress looks like 
10 ,(-60),(20),(-25),(-37),(12) 
which is equal to -80

Let difference in time denoted by positive, when Sana wins the race and negative, when Sana loses the race

Total difference in time taken by Sana in all the six parts

= 10-16+20-25-37+12

= -80 secs
