Answer:
Sancho Panza was introduced as a foolish person in the chapter- The search of a squire because he was very poor and everyone was easily able to trick him including Don Quixote.
According to me, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza both are follish in different ways.

WHY IS SANCHO A FOLLISH PERSON?
He was very foolish to belive that Don Quixote was a very brave knight and he is offering him to be his squire and promised him that he will conquer an island and give it to him.

WHY IS DON QUIXOTE A FOLLISH PERSON?
he is foolish because he lost his mind by only reading books of greats knight and got willing to become a knight and his name was also not Don Quixote van La Mancha.

MORE INFORMATION FROM THE BOOK

CHAPTER- The last adventures

Don Quixote was taken seriously ill.
One day Sancho was sitting besides him and he asked Sancho to bring some documents.
He gave Sancho a small amount of money and the rest to his niece.

And after 3 days this brave man went into a deep sleep and never returned.

THE LAST LINES OF THE STORY-
The squire was a schurk ( schurk is a duch word used in the book which means rascal) but not ungreatful and dearly lived the memories of the days spent with his lord until his own death.
