Sandeep connected one end of bulb to battery's positive terminal with copper wire and negative terminal with plastic wire. But bulb is not glowing. What could be the reason behind this? ​

It is because the plastic wire is not a conductor of electricity.

Electricity passes through the copper wire to positive terminal but the same doesn't happen in the negative terminal since plastic wire is connected to it.

Plastic wire is an insulator.

Thus the circuit is incomplete and bulb doesn't glow.
