We have rectangular piece of land measuring 107 × 103

by using identity
(105 + 2) (105 - 2) = 105² - 2²
                                 11025 - 4
                                  11021

so the area of land = 11021 m²

the amount he will have to pay = 11021 × 22
                                                       Rs. 242462

                          = 11025 - 4

now,
