Given :- Sandra just finished planting avocados, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, and spinach in her new garden. The garden is a circle whose diameter is 50 yards. If she planted equal regions of each vegetable .

To Find :- what is the area of Sandra’s garden that has carrots ?

Answer :-

→ Diameter of garden = 50 yards .

so,

→ Radius of garden = Diameter/2 = 50/2 = 25 yards.

then,

→ Area of garden = π * (radius)² = 3.14 * 25 * 25 = 1962.5 yards².

since planted equal regions of each 5 vegetable,

→ The area of Sandra’s garden that has carrots = Area of garden / 5 = 1962.5/5 = 392.5 yards². (Ans.)
