Sanitation practices which may lead to reduction of air and soil pollution are:
1.By using cloth bags instead of plastic bags.
2.Reusing plastic,glass and rubber items.
3.Recycling waste material.
4.By using environment friendly fuels.
5.By constructing Bio gas plants.
6.Reducing use of pesticides and insecticides and using manure instead of chemical fertilizers.
7.Treating the waste in factories before disposal.

1) by converting dry toilets into pour flush toilets 
2) constructing of septic tanks
3) by eliminating open defection 
4) re-use plastic,glass,rubber etc,.
5) by using less amount of insecticide and pesticides. 
6) by recycling of waste.
