HEYA HERE'S UR ANSWER....
If we divide 75 by 15,we get exactly 5, which can be least number....
As same as we can divide 45by 15 to get 3.This can be least number getting...
So,we can add sweet biscuits in 5 packets with 15 in number.
We can add salty biscuits in 3 packets with 15 in number....
