After 3 years Sanjeeta's mother will be 5 times as
old as Sanieeta will the then. What are their present

Solution :-

Let age of Sanjeeta me X .

Then, mother's ages = 9x

after 3 years :- Sanjeeta's age = X + 3

Her mother's ages = 9x + 3

According to the question :-

5(X + 3) = 9x + 3

5x + 15 = 9x + 3

15 - 3 = 9x - 5x

12 = 4x

x = 3

Present age of Sanjeeta = 3 years

her mother's age =( 9 × 3) years

=> 27 years
