area of rectangle equal to length X breadth equal to 200 m square
length is given 10 + breath
so the equation will be 10 plus breath into breadth
this is B equals to 10 +breadth square
10+b^2=200
b^2=200-10
b^2=190
b=√190
length is equal to 10 + under root 190

Acc to the question, area of the rectangular plot = 200 sqm.

i.e. L x B = 200 sqm.

As per condition, L = B + 10.

Putting the value of L we get,

(B + 10) x B = 200 sqm.

or, B^{2} + 10B = 200

or, B^{2} + 10B - 200 = 0

or, B^{2} + 20B - 10B - 200 = 0

or, B(B + 20) - 10(B + 20) = 0.

or, (B - 10) (B + 20) = 0

Since breadth cannot be negative so, B = 10m.

Therefore L = B + 10 = 10 + 10 = 20m (Ans)

Thus length = 20m, breadth = 10m.
