Dialogue between a class teacher and his student who has come to class after a long absence:
Teacher :- Hello!! Dear Puja. I noticed that you have been absent for long period. Is everything fine?
Puja :- Hello Ma'am!! Yes, I was absent for nearly three weeks, but everything is fine now.
Teacher:- But what was the reason behind your absentee?
Puja :- For a really long time I was feeling uneasy, anxious and exhausted. At first I ignored it, but recently it became serious. So my parents took me to a psychiatrist. After two to three counselling sessions, I was identified with severe anxiety disorders. My psychiatrist asked to do some more new sessions. The counselling sessions were very long and most of my school timings were used in that and that's why I was not able to come to school.
Teacher :- My God!! I am so happy that you took tour mental health seriously and reached out to seek professional help. I am sure that it must have benefited you.
