So,

therefore rest of the money is deposited in the bank
= 21000-16333

Therefore, she deposits = Money earned - money spent  
                                   = $1- \frac{7}{9} \\ \\ = \frac{9-7}{9} \\ \\ = \frac{2}{9}$  of what she earns

She deposits $\frac{2}{9}$ * 21000

                   =Rs 4,666.667

Therefore she deposits Rs 4666.667 or Rs 4667 every month to the bank
