given :

y=25+x (eq:1)

and

y+10=2x+70

therefore,

y=2x+60(eq:2)

compare eq I and 2

25+x=2x+60

X=-35 age can't be negative

therefore

x=35

when x = 35 in eq:1

y=25+35=60
