sarita gives a discount of 15% on the sarees sold by her and still gets profit of 40/3% what is the cost price of sarees whose marked price is 3200?

Marked price of the saree = Rs 3200 Discount allowed by Sarita= 15%

Discount in Rs = 15/100*3200= Rs480

Selling price of the saree=Rs3200-480=Rs2720

Given that,she still makes a profit of Rs403

So cost price of the saree=SP- Profit

=Rs2720-Rs403

=Rs2317

Therefore cost price of the sarees is Rs2317
