This program is from INDIAN GOVERNMENT. It is pioneered from Atal behari vajpayee (prime minister). It aims on elementary education. It is stated in 56th amendment of Indian Constitution for free education for every child. This is what SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAN working on.
