The end product of photosynthesis is Glucose.

glucose formula is

\bf\huge{C}_{6}{H}_{12}{O}_{6}+6{O}_{2}+6 {H}_{2}O

When glucose is stored it gets converted into starch..

This glucose is the simplest form of carbohydrate and can be easily digested.

whereas starch can't be easily digested because it is the complex firm of glucose..

Hope this is useful..
