Wearing a seat belt in a car while driving is an example of Newton's 1st law of motion. If an accident occurs, or if brakes are applied to the car suddenly, the body will tend to continue its inertia and move forward, probably proving fatal.

Answer:

Example- I must apply force to move a heavy object, such as my chair . In fact, I have to apply a force, albeit not as much, to move even a lighter object, such as my pencil. If I press down on a ball of clay, the force of my hand causes the clay to change its shape.
