=>x+15% of x

=>x+15x/100

S.P of fan 2 = C.P - loss

=>y - 9% of y

=>y - 9y/100

=>(100y-9y)/100

=>91y/100

According to the question,

S.P of fan 1 = S.P of fan 2

=>115x/100 = 91y/100

=>115x = 91y
