Let cost of table fans be Rs. x and Rs. y respectivelyAs per question,=> x+y = 3605=> y = 3605-x ...(1)
SP of,=> First fan = x + 15% of x = Rs. 115x/100=> Second fan = y - 9% of y = Rs. 91y/100
As per question,=> 115x/100 = 91y/100=> 115x = 91y=> 115x = 91(3605-x) (From 1)=> 115x = 328055-91x=> 115x+91x = 328055=> 206x = 328055=> x = 328055/206 = Rs. 1592.50
∴ y = (3605-1592.50) = Rs. 2012.50
