The correct answer is EGYPT.

Saudi Arabia's King Salman has announced an agreement with Egypt to build a bridge over the Red Sea. This announcement was made public in the April 2016.

It will connect the two countries and also enhance trade and commerce links between them.

It is speculated that the joint bridge will have its entrance of the Gulf of Aqaba. The closest point between two countries is Nabq, located just north of Sharm el-Sheikh, in Egypt, and Ras Alsheikh Hamid, in Saudi Arabia. The two countries are actually 16km apart.

Hope it helps!
