Yes, he can restore his file to its original location. To restore his file follow these steps:

Step 1- Open the Recycle Bin
Step 2- Click the file, he wants.
Step 3- In thee Recycle Bin tasks list,click Restore on that item which you want. Thus,file will be resyored to its original location
