Answer:

The Area of Babita garden is more than Savita by 363.75 sq m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The shape of Savita garden is circular with side 16 m

i.e circumference of circular garden = 2 × π × radius

Or, 2 × 3.14 × radius = 16 m

Or, 6.28 × radius = 16 m

∴   radius = \dfrac{16}{6.28}

i.e radius = 2.54 cm

Now,

Area of circular garden = π × radius²

i.e Area = 3.14 × (2.54)²

Area of Savita garden= 20.25 m²

Again

The shape of Babite garden is rectangular

The length of rectangular garden = l = 24 m

The breadth of rectangular garden = b = circumference of circle

i.e  b = 16 m

Area of rectangular garden = l × b

Or, Area = 24 m × 16 m

Area of Babita garden = 384 m²

Area of Babita garden - Area of Savita garden = 384 - 20.25 = 363.75 sq m

Hence, The Area of Babita garden is more than Savita by 363.75 sq m Answer
