Savita dividing 1 3/4 sweets among seven friends.

In Mathematics,

1/4=0.25

1/2=0.5

3/4=0.75

So,1 3/4=1 kg +3/4kg= 1+0.75=1.75kg

Total sweets =1.75kg

Equally sharing among seven friends…so,

1.75 /7=0.25

0.25=1/4 kg

Each friend get's 1/4kg of sweets

 \frac{1}{4} = 0.25

 \frac{1}{2} = 0.5

 \frac{3}{4} = 0.75

So \: 1 \times  \frac{3}{4} = 1kg +  \frac{3}{4} = 1 + 0.75

 = 1.75kg

Equally sharing among friends , So

 \frac{1.75}{7} = 0.25

0.25 =  \frac{1}{4}
