Step-by-step explanation:

savitri had 16 packets of papad

bcos = 7+9 = 16

case 2

so now savitri had 16 packets

we can simply multiply it by 40

16x40= 640 papad

Step-by-step explanation:
No.of packets she gave to her relatives = 9 packets
No.of packets left = 7 packets
So,  the total.no of packets = 9 + 7 = 16 packets

No.of papads in each packet = 40 papads
So, the total no.of papads she made = 16 * 40 = 640 papads
