- In times of negative thoughts, it is better to have some entertainment with someone who is positive, kind and friendly whom you trust the most. They can help a lot. e.g, parents, friends, teachers etc.
- Fun in life is really useful to get positive. A positive mind needs a healthy lifestyle and joy. It is better to laugh and forget the worries. e.g, painting, watching comedy shows, playing in the parks, taking nature selfies etc.
