First of all, lay down comfortably. Then, try to imagine something good like hanging out with friends, achieving something you always wanted to, making out with your crush (lol) .If nothing comes in mind, just imagine something normal like eating icecreams. All you have to do is imagine. If you're able to imagine, I bet you'll fall asleep eventually.
