Yes... Chromosome sets are same as in somatic cells because zygote is formed after fertilisation of gametes

An ovum is a haploid secondary oocyte that has duplicate copies of the chromosomes and sperm is a haploid male gamete which is the male sperm cell. During fertilization, a released haploid ovum and the haploid sperm cell combine together and undergo changes to form the zygote which is a single 2n diploid cell.

The human zygote also carries 46 chromosomes as 23 pairs, one coming from each parent.
