Scarcity of water means lack of sufficient available water resource to meet the demands of water usage with in a region.

Scarcity of water will effects mostly plants .

We know that the plants and animals are indirectly dependent on each other for food and reproduction. Thus, if any hpw plant get affected it will also affect animals .
