Schedules & Scheduling are about the process of arranging, controlling and optimizing work and workloads in any manufacturing or production process.  With the help of Scheduling we can manage to allocate plant and machinery resources, plan human resources, plan production & buy materials.

So we can say that if schedules are good then they can make business best otherwise they are just burden to the workers & buyers.

A business and its related manufacturing operation must be dynamic as it depends on both demand and supply in addition to occasional specific requirements of customers. In view of this, manufacturing processes that can factor in these dynamic changes and or alterations in their work schedules function more efficiently than those that do not do so.
