Schedules & Scheduling are about the process of arranging, controlling and optimizing work and workloads in any manufacturing or production process.  With the help of Scheduling we can manage to allocate plant and machinery resources, plan human resources, plan production & buy materials.

So we can say that if schedules are good then they can make business best otherwise they are just burden to the workers & buyers

Occasionally, rescheduling of manufacturing work may be necessary depending on the availability of supplies and the demand for manufactured goods or even the requirement of tailor-made products. Hence, flexibility is a key to a successful manufacturing work situations.
