Respected sir,

This letter is to bring information about

the blood donation camp in our school. I

organized one camp this weekend with

the help of friends and teacher of our

school. We came together to spreading

the awareness through pamphlets

and leaflets. Poster for the same are

available every where.My friend's parents

organized the doctors .We will also check

wheather the people the were healthy

and suitable to donate blood. The

response was overwhelming as different

schools, colonies, colleges etc actively

participant in this campaign.

I am happy at the success of the

event and look forward to more such

opportunities which would help us build a

safe and healthy school.
